Final Sale

All headbands are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Clothing Exchanges

To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our collections, all clothing sales are final. We are pleased to offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Eligibility

To be accepted for exchange, garments must be returned in their original condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Returned with all original tags attached (where applicable).

Any item received that does not meet these standards will be deemed ineligible for exchange. Luxure is not responsible for issuing a replacement, exchange, or refund for garments returned in damaged, worn, or altered condition.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved exchanges unless an incorrect or defective item was received.
